摘要

先进的双层壁化叶片表面喷涂热障涂层是提升未来航空发动机热效率的关键技术之一。本文利用数值模拟探讨了壁面曲率对涂敷热障涂层的双层层板冷却结构体系中各热防护措施(包括:气膜冷却、内部近壁换热及表面涂层隔热) 的影响,并在不同热障涂层厚度和冷/热气流吹风比下,开展了金属表面综合冷却效率(ϕ) 和TBC 热防护效率(τ) 对壁面曲率的敏感性分析。结果表明:曲面对气膜效率和热障涂层热防护作用影响较大,但几乎不会影响内部传热。凸面模型具有最高的气膜效率,而在凹面模型中使用热障涂层会产生最大的ϕ 增量。整体来看,凸面具有最高的ϕτ,凹面下这两种效率均最低。吹风比增加会显著降低ϕ τ 对曲面的敏感性。热障涂层厚度增加会削弱ϕ 对曲面的敏感性,但会增强τ 对曲面的敏感性。

Abstract

Adding thermal barrier coating (TBC) on the surfaces of an advanced double-walled blade can significantly improve the thermal efficient of future aero-engines. In this work, the numerical simulations were conducted to discuss the influences of wall curvature on the thermal protection performances of the main factors of a laminated cooling configuration covered by TBC, including film cooling, internal heat transfer and TBC insulation. Meanwhile, the sensitivities of metal overall cooling effectiveness (ϕ) and TBC effectiveness (τ ) to wall curvature were also analyzed under various TBC thicknesses and coolant-to-mainstream blowing ratios. The results revealed that the curved surfaces have a significant influence on the film effectiveness and TBC insulation, while hardly affects the internal heat transfer. The convex model can acquire the highest film effectiveness, while the concave model can achieve the largest increment of ϕ due to adding TBC. The highest ϕ and τ over the entire surface can be acquired by the convex model, while both the effectiveness are the lowest for the concave model. The increased blowing ratio can bring to the reductions of the sensitivity of ϕ and τ to the wall curvature. The increase of thickness of TBC can weaken the sensitivity of ϕ to wall curvature while enhance the sensitivity of τ
