摘要

本论文采用实验和理论相结合的方法研究了不同黏度液滴冲击粉床的动力学。研究中采用无量纲参数OhWeRe 和根据衬底形变获得的修正系数WeRe 来分析液滴的冲击现象。在以往的研究中,不同种类的液滴冲击不同的粉床会得出不同的关于最大铺展系数的比例关系;本文则考虑液滴冲击粉床表面时基底的变形对液滴铺展的影响,采用修正的无量纲参数,并分别获取了描述液滴冲击粉床的关于铺展时间和最大铺展系数的通用公式。

Abstract

Combined with experimental research and theoretical analysis, this work analyzes the dynamic behavior of viscous droplet impact on powder bed. Dimensionless numbers—the Ohnesorge number Oh, the Weber number We, the Reynolds number Re and the modified Weber numer We, the modified Reynolds number Re which are obtained by considering the substrate deformation—are used to analyze the impact phenomenon. Previous study shows that different droplets impact on different powder beds leading to various scaling bars between maximum spreading factor and impact Weber number. While this research attach importance to the influence of substrate deformation on the droplet spreading, and adopt modified dimensionless numbers to obtain the general formulas for spreading time and maximum spreading factor, respectively.
