摘要

本文在一台低速单级轴流压气机上开展了旋转畸变对其气动稳定性影响的实验研究。通过进口安装可调节转速的扇形畸变片模拟旋转畸变进气条件,并在转子叶顶周向和弦向布置压力传感器测量壁面非定常压力信号,通过失速过程和端区瞬态流场分析等研究了旋转畸变对压气机稳定性影响机制。结果表明:不同旋转畸变对压气机稳定性存在不同影响,畸变片与压气机反向旋转时,对其稳定性影响不大。当畸变片以0.5 倍转子转速与压气机同向旋转时,压气机稳定裕度衰减最大,该现象仅与畸变片转速有关,与畸变片大小和个数无关;此时存在失速团产生-传播-消失-再产生的过程,经历几次该过程后最终进入旋转失速状态,本文通过畸变片与失速团之间的相对位置,结合端区流场的分析解释了该失速现象发生的原因。失速团在畸变片下游出现,此时端区流场恶化,叶顶泄漏涡溢出转子前缘。随后失速团以48% 转子转速周向传播,由于畸变片旋转速度略高于失速团,两者相对位置发生变化,当失速团位于畸变片上游时失速团消失,此时端区流场流动恢复正常。

Abstract

The effect of rotating distortion on aerodynamic stability has been experimentally investigated in a low-speed, single stage axial flow compressor in current paper. The rotating distortion was modelled through an adjustable rotating speed sector installed in the inlet duct. A collection of pressure transducers was arranged circumferentially and along the chord direction at the rotor tip region to measure the casing dynamic pressures. The influence mechanism of rotating distortion on compressor’s stability was investigated via stalling process and transient flow filed analysis. The results show that the different rotating distortion conditions have different effect. The effect on stability is slight when the distortion sector rotates in the opposite direction to the compressor. The stall margin of compressor deteriorates the most when the distortion sector rotates in the same direction as the compressor at 50% rotor speed. This phenomenon is only related to the rotating speed of the distortion sector, not the size and number. There exists the stall cell generation-propagationdisappearance-regeneration process at this circumstance. The compressor finally enters the rotating stall state after several times of this process. The reasons for the stall phenomenon are explained by the relative position between the distortion sector and the stall cell, combined with the end-wall flow field analysis. The stall cell appears downstream the distortion sector. At this point, the end-wall flow field deteriorates, and the tip leakage vortex spills out of the leading edge of the rotor. Thereafter the stall cell circumferentially propagates at 48% rotor speed. The relative position of the distortion sector and stall cell changes as a result of the slightly higher rotation speed of the distortion sector than stall cell. The stall cell disappears when the it is located upstream of the distortion sector, and the end-wall flow field returns to normal.
