在轨加注技术利用空间微型泵输送气液混合流体，这种高速旋转的流体机械影响气液传质过程。结合Singhal 全空化模型、Henry 定律和已发表的实验，创新地开发出气液溶解与析出计算模型，并将其应用于空间微型泵。洞塞流验证表明，基于新的计算模型和实验的之间的溶解氧浓度差异小于2.0%；空间微泵的计算和实验外特性的平均误差小于8.1%。结果表明，在叶轮流域，长叶片吸力面附近出现了气体聚集，这与气体的析出相关。气体析出的位置靠近靠近叶片吸力面，这与旋转机械空化发生位置一致。当溶液浓度较大时，气体的析出现象使得气液之间的传质方向快速变化，加剧了转轮非稳定脉动。本文为在轨加油气液混合输送状态提供了指导。

As a cutting-edge technology, On-orbit refueling technology uses space micropumps to transport gas-liquid mixed fluids, and this high-speed rotating machine affects the gas-liquid mass transfer process. Combining Singhal full cavitation model, Henry’s law and reported experiments, we innovatively developed a mathematical calculation model for gas-liquid dissolution and release and applied it into space micropumps. The verification result of plug-discharge flow shown that the difference in dissolved oxygen concentration can achieve an accuracy of less than 2.0%; the average error of the performance characteristics of the micropump between the experiments and simulations is less than 8.1%. The results exhibited that, in the impeller, gas accumulation occurs near the suction surface of the long blade, which is related to the gas evolution. The position of released gas is consistent with the position where cavitation occurs in rotating machinery. When the concentration of the solution is high, the gas release phenomenon makes the mass transfer direction change rapidly, which aggravates the unstable fluctuation of the impeller. The current study provides guidance on the gas-liquid mixed delivery status for on-orbit refueling system.
