Abstract

According to the operating characteristics of heat pump and wind turbine, the mathematical models of evaporator, condenser, compressor, wind turbine and transmission chain are established. The corresponding simulation modules are established in Matlab / Simulink. The similarities and differences between this model and other similar studies in the field of wind-to-heat unit are discussed. The heating capacity and COP of the simulation model are compared with those of the experimental system under the same condition such as steady wind and variable wind. The fluctuation of the experimental value of the wind turbine is smaller than that of the simulation value. The relative error between the experimental value and the simulation value is not the same under different wind speed. But they are all acceptable and therefore prove the reliability of the model.
